Where to sign in on the web, your phone and the desktop app — plus the addresses that look official and are not. Empro Labs builds and runs GoHighLevel accounts for local businesses; this page is here because clients and readers keep asking which login is the real one.
Both open the same “Sign into your account” screen. One set of credentials works on either.
leadconnector.com is not the login — it currently redirects to TechnoMile, a different company entirely. Login pages are a favourite target for lookalike domains, so if a link arrived by email or text, open the app yourself rather than following it.
If you are not sure which applies, try app.leadconnectorhq.com first. A wrong guess just fails to sign in; it does not lock anything.
The screen asks for an email and password, and also offers Sign in with Google. If your user was created with a Google address, that button is usually the faster route and avoids the password entirely. There is a Forgot password? link directly under the password field.
The mobile app is published as Lead Connector. Check the publisher before installing — several similarly named apps are not it.
In rough order of how often each one turns out to be the cause:
We go through each of these, and how to tell which one you are hitting, in LeadConnector login not working.
Empro Labs is an independent agency that builds and runs GoHighLevel accounts for local businesses. We are not GoHighLevel or LeadConnector, and we are not affiliated with them. The links above go to their own official properties. We will never ask for your password — no agency should, including us.
The ones that come up most often once someone is already on the right page.
No. leadconnector.com currently redirects to TechnoMile, an unrelated company. The addresses that carry the sign-in screen are app.gohighlevel.com and app.leadconnectorhq.com.
They are the same platform. GoHighLevel is the product; LeadConnector is the white-label name it ships under, which is why the mobile app and many agency-branded accounts say LeadConnector instead. One set of credentials works across both.
The ones attached to your user record in the account — usually the email the agency or account owner invited. If you have never set a password, use the invitation email rather than the reset link, because the reset only works once the user exists.
Agencies can white-label the platform onto their own domain, so your sign-in page may sit at something like app.youragency.com with their logo. It is the same system underneath, and your credentials are the same.
You are almost certainly in the wrong sub-account, or your user only has access to one location. Use the account switcher at the top of the sidebar. If nothing is listed there, your user has not been given access yet — that is a permissions change only the account owner can make.
Only for accounts we built and still administer, and only by sending you the platform's own reset — nobody here can see or set your password. If another agency owns your account, the reset has to come from them.
Most people searching for this login are early in a GoHighLevel setup somebody else configured.
